Molly Ephraim was born on May 22, 1986, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Nina Zebooker and William Ephraim and was raised Jewish. She has a brother named Max Ephraim. Molly began her journey as a performer at the Bucks County Playhouse during her childhood. She continued to shine in productions at the Prince Music Theater and Arden Theatre Company. She went to Princeton University where she actively participated in the Triangle Club and both choreographed and performed in various productions.
